handbook
The Access+EU Handbook is a practical resource for youth workers, trainers, facilitators, project coordinators and organisations seeking to make Erasmus+ youth projects more accessible and inclusive for young people with disabilities. Developed through partner expertise, Focus Groups, Technical Visits and the Training of Trainers, it connects theory with practical guidance across the project cycle.
Its six chapters explore disability and related needs, inclusive non-formal learning, project management, practical support before, during and after mobility, preparation of participants and families, and inclusive communication. The Handbook also offers checklists, templates, exercises and recommendations adaptable to different contexts.
Rather than proposing one solution for every situation, it promotes person-centred planning, co-creation, flexibility and meaningful participation. Download the full Handbook here and use it to support more inclusive Erasmus+ experiences.
